Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team!
Responsibilities
- Lead/develop
- office in Indianapolis
- Supervise
- staff working on preliminary/design engineering services
- Work
- with local agencies and private clients in Indiana
- Assist
- with business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings)
- Mentor/train
- junior staff
Requirements
- B.S.
- in Civil Engineering
- Master’s
- degree preferred
- 12+
- years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
- Supervisory
experience
- Experience
- working with the City of Indianapolis preferred
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
