About the Role CFAO South Africa is seeking an Independent Aftermarket Parts Business Developer (IAM CWORKS / T-Select) to drive strategic development, expansion and operational establishment of IAM parts in SA. The role focuses on identifying and securing distribution and sales partners, developing targeted marketing strategies, and building an efficient supply system aligned with the automotive aftermarket.

What You'll Do

• Work with wholesalers, retailers, garages, fleet customers and TSAM dealers to study SWOTs, analyze market demands and opportunities, position target customers, and set up IAM parts marketing plans (CWORKS and T-Select).
• Coordinate channel establishment and performance objectives; monitor inventory and anticipate stock needs in light of promotions, new products, trends; collaborate with Marketing to implement IAM parts marketing plan (CWORKS and T-Select).
• Gather market price information and assist in developing price policies/strategies for each channel and TSAM dealers.
• Produce customer visit reports and monthly reports; act as first point of contact for CWORKS quality complaints.
• Support supply chain and inventory management: coordinate delivery dates, inventory, and orders with local partners and TTC/TTIPL procurement.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested (e.g., visitor pickup at ORT airport, attendance at dinners with visitors).
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and workshops to drive distribution.

What We're Looking For

• Matric (minimum).
• Sales qualification (advantageous).
• 3+ years of sales or field experience in aftermarket/OEM parts.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts (batteries, shocks, filters, etc.).
• Strong relationships/connections with wholesalers, retailers, and workshops.
• Excel/PPT-based analytical skills (price comparisons, GP calculations, SKU analysis).
• Agility to conduct on-site visits (Gembality).
• Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment with TTC, TTIPL (Toyota Tsusho India).

Nice to Have

• Experience with IAM parts brands CWORKS and T-Select would be favorable.
