Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in enterprise application environments.

Hands-on C# and .NET development experience; .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 8 proficiency preferred.

Strong SQL skills with Oracle experience; ability to analyze data issues and support query-level troubleshooting.

Experience building or consuming REST APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.

Experience with Agile delivery and sprint-based planning/execution.

Working knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows, pull requests, branch management, and peer code reviews.

Understanding of unit/integration testing and DevSecOps practices.

Cloud fundamentals, with AWS exposure strongly preferred.

Ability to use AI-assisted development tools and review AI-generated output responsibly.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Python experience for scripting, batch, data processing or automation.

Angular/React/TypeScript exposure and ability to support full-stack delivery when needed.

Experience with AWS ECS, Lambda, Batch, CloudWatch, SQS, or similar services.

Observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or equivalent.

Experience supporting production applications and participating in incident/problem resolution.

Insurance, benefits, claims, leave, billing, or portal experience.
