Job Description
Job Summary: The Income Auditor is responsible for reviewing and verifying the hotel's daily revenue transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness and proper recording in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audit of hotel revenue from rooms, F&B outlets and other operating departments.
- Verify daily revenue reports against the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Check and reconcile cash, credit card, bank and other payment transactions.
- Review daily cashier summaries and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Verify room charges, discounts, complimentary rooms, rebates and adjustments.
- Review F&B revenue, voids, discounts, cancellations and complimentary transactions.
