Job title: Income Auditor

About the Role Live Nation is seeking an Income Auditor to oversee critical accounting functions for various locations in the Greater Boston Area. The role involves assisting the Accounting Team with auditing shows and maintaining strong communication with the Talent Department to support show-related needs.

What You'll Do

  • Recording manual checks, wires and taxes paid in Oracle.
  • Facilitate band payments and manage all related paperwork (wires, checks, tax withholding).
  • Auditing show settlements.
  • Preparing show financials and booking show journal entries.
  • Finalize venue shows prior to month end.
  • Assist with Processing of Manual Checks, Wires and Tax payments.
  • Provide audit support as needed.
  • Communicate accounts receivable with intercompany departments to ensure they are cleared monthly.
  • Prepare and record Journal Entries as assigned.
  • Maintain Project Listing for venue events.
  • Assist Team with month-end close.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Any additional duties requested by team leads including but not limited to: Sr. Accountants, FM, Director of Accounting and/or Regional VP of Finance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 8+ hours daily, Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Normal business hours in this case are 10am – 6pm. You may be required to work late, or on a weekend.
