Inbound Product Manager

About the Role We are seeking an Inbound Product Manager to shape our future System Level Tester strategy within the Integrated System Test Business Unit. In this role you will define and drive the vision and roadmap, craft customer-centric value statements, manage the product lifecycle, and steer our market positioning with clarity and confidence. You will influence how our products integrate across segments, partnering with customers from agile startups to established global leaders to make an impact on our product suite and the industry at large. What You'll Do

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Synthesize emerging market trends to define and execute the long-term vision for System Level Test Platform.
• Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and the Marketing team to create a compelling value proposition, tailored to diverse markets including Datacenter Computing/AI, Mobility, and Automotive.
• Product Management: Own the product definition, policy, structure, forecasting, pricing, go-to-market strategy and execution, and oversee end-of-life and transition planning.
• Marketing & Messaging: Develop dynamic and compelling messaging for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders while ensuring consistency and clarity across all communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Operations to drive strategic transitions that maximize market share, enhance profit margins, and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• External Engagement: Actively participate in conferences and industry forums to nurture VOC and enhance the Teradyne brand; develop and foster strategic relationships at customers and industry experts which lead to a competitive advantage for Teradyne. What We're Looking For
• Qualifications, Experience, Skills, & Education: Bachelors in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. MBA or Masters in Engineering a plus. Overall 12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in product development, product management, or equivalent leadership experience creating and deploying advanced technical solutions (ATE preferred).
• Technical: Strong technical background and ability to use these skills in business settings. Solid understanding of modern digital semiconductor development - design, DFT, fabrication process, packaging, and device testing. Basic understanding of datacenter and client architectures for modern AI applications. Knowledge of Teradyne’s ATE and/or SLT products is a plus. Strong influence, leadership, analytical, synthesis skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 20%. Nice to Have
• Experience with System Level Test platforms and AI datacenter deployments; familiarity with semiconductor test ecosystems and roadmap planning.
• Prior exposure to VOC programs and external conferences to shape product direction.
• Familiarity with Teradyne ATE/SLT products is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary range: $155,000-$248,100 USD per year.
• Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
