Join Rockwell Automation's highly automated Indianapolis Distribution Center and play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of inbound materials across our supply chain. As an Inbound Coordinator, you will partner with internal teams, on-site 3PL providers, and external suppliers to resolve material and purchase order discrepancies, drive process improvements, track performance metrics, and support operational excellence. You will work onsite in Whitestown, IN and report to the Fulfillment Manager.
Hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 5 PM to 1 AM.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support and work closely with on-site 3PL and Rockwell team members, internal customers and external suppliers.
- Manage metric-tracking for assigned areas, lead issue resolution and support process improvement efforts.
- Daily communication with internal and external suppliers to obtain resolutions for material dispositions and PO issues in a timely manner.
- Working with other Rockwell functional areas to escalate issues and identify the need or correction action.
- Work collaboratively with and drive improvements between Rockwell Aut
