Job title: In-Store Sales Associate
About the Role As an In-Store Sales Associate, you will be the customer-facing representative in our Corona, CA store, supporting sales and service activities, and assisting with daily warehouse duties. This role bridges customer service, counter sales, and collaboration with Outside Sales to promote products and programs.
What You'll Do
- Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
- Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
- Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
- Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
- Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative.
- Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
- Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
- Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma / GED.
- More than one year (1+) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- No DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years.

- Pay range: $22.91 - $33.61 hourly.
