Job title: In-Store Lead Generator
About the Role Part-time in-store lead generator needed to run a kiosk at BJ’s Wholesale Club and qualify customers interested in kitchen remodels or refacing. Based at participating BJ’s locations in Mechanicsburg, Lancaster & Allentown, PA and Newark, DE, you’ll engage shoppers, qualify leads, and earn an hourly wage with commissions.
What You'll Do
- Run a kiosk at your local BJ’s Wholesale Club
- Talk to customers and qualify those interested in Kitchen Remodel or Refacing
- Provide light training and engage shoppers
- Work approx. 20 hours per week with hourly pay plus commission; schedule windows available (Thu & Fri and Sat & Sun shifts)
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment
- Part-time availability; light training provided
- Customer-facing sales and lead qualification experience a plus
- Ability to work at BJ’s locations (Mechanicsburg, PA; Lancaster, PA; Allentown, PA; Newark, DE)
Nice to Have
- Retired or semi-retired individuals welcome
- Prior kiosk/retail sales or lead-generation experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $15 per hour, plus commission on sales
- Approximately 20 hours per week; part-time schedule with flexible windows
