About the Role Roche Diagnostics is transforming patient health and is seeking two Junior Technicians for our Repair Center in Sant Cugat del Vallès under a formative contract for the acquisition of professional practice. This internship-style program is aimed at recent graduates who want to build a career in maintenance, repair and installation of high‑tech clinical diagnostic equipment, with hands‑on experience in an innovative, highly specialized environment under supervision. What You'll Do
- Recondition equipment
- Participate in diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance and pre‑configuration of clinical diagnostic instruments
- Collaborate in activities to recondition equipment across product lines such as SWA (Serum Work Area), Molecular, Tissue and Coagulation
- Learn technical procedures, quality standards and working methodologies applied to repair and maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflow within the workshop
- Field technical support: accompany senior technicians and service engineers on interventions at hospitals, laboratories and healthcare centers
- Collaborate in installation, commissioning and verification of clinical diagnostic systems
- Gain practical experience in real client environments, always under supervision
- Professional development: structured training path combining technical learning, professional skills development and knowledge of the in vitro diagnostics sector What We're Looking For
- University degree obtained in recent years compatible with an internship contract to obtain professional practice: Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technologies Engineering or related fields; alternatively, Higher Vocational Training in Electromedical Engineering, Automation and Robotics or similar specialties
- Interest in maintenance, repair and installation of technological equipment
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation
- Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to learn, work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments
