Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven In-House Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified talent across various functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an in-house/corporate environment.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple job functions.
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certification in CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a related HR qualification is an added advantage.
Salary
N600,000 monthly.
