In-House Legal Counsel
Description
- In-House Legal Counsel position in Abuja with a base salary plus performance-based commission. Total earnings can reach ₦400,000/month based on performance.
Requirements
- LL.B and qualification to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria.
- Minimum 5 years' post-call experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, property, and employment law.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and risk management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to Management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure legal compliance and manage risks.
- Handle disputes, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
