A company in Surulere, Lagos is looking for an In-House Content Creator to join their dynamic team.

This role involves developing creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for short-form videos, and planning, filming, and editing high-quality content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels.

The ideal candidate will create engaging, relatable, and trend-led content, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, and conversations. You will also play a key role in building an engaged online community through creative content and daily audience interaction.

Requirements include a proven ability to create engaging short-form content, a good understanding of TikTok culture and Instagram Reels, and the ability to film and edit videos using tools like CapCut or InShot. Strong storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, hooks and scripts for short-form videos.
• Plan, film and edit high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging, relatable and trend-led content.
• Keep up with social media trends, formats, sounds and conversations.
• Help to build an engaged online community through creative content and daily audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create engaging short-form content.

• Good understanding of TikTok culture, Instagram Reels and social media trends.

• Ability to film and edit videos using CapCut, InShot or similar tools.

• Strong storytelling, communication and creative thinking skills.

• Must be willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months.

• Location: Surulere, Lagos. Candidates can reside in Surulere and its surrounding environment.
