Job title: In Home Sales Representative
About the Role Renewal by Andersen of Central PA is seeking top sales professionals to join our in-home sales team. You will visit customers in their homes to assess needs and identify products that fit, supported by tools, training, and sales methodology to close the sale. A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify products that fit their needs
- Use tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services
- Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to aid in closing the sale
- Ensure excellent customer service from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Driver's license (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $125,000 - $250,000 per year
