About the Role Renewal by Andersen in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking TOP Sales Professionals for in-home replacement window sales. You will visit customers in their homes, consult to identify products that fit their needs, and leverage our training, samples, and sales tools to close deals. The role offers high earning potential with a commission-based compensation plan that can lead to $150,000+ annually.
What You'll Do
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that fits their needs.
- Use company tools, training, sales methodology, product samples and technology to assist in closing the sale.
- Commit to delivering an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish.
- Support the sales process and offerings to help close replacement services.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
- A proven track record of closing sales
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
