About the Role Renewal by Andersen of Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking In Home Sales Consultants to join its growing team. This full-time role involves visiting customers in their homes to consult and identify the best product solution and replacement services.
What You'll Do
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that fits their needs.
- Use the tools, training and sales methodology to create a connection and close the sale.
- Leverage product samples, support and technology provided to assist in closing.
- Maintain a commitment to delivering a superior customer service experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing sales.
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits

- Paid training and assignment of all materials needed for success; leads issued to you.
- Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 per year. This is a full commission position after 8 weeks of salary for your training period. Your first eight weeks is considered a training period. Your weekly salary will consist of $700 per week for a full 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, as a full-time Design Consultant, you will be switched to a compensation package that consists of commission only, offering uncapped earnings potential.
