About the Role
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. You’ll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to make people healthier, bringing flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people’s front doors.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 45-minute in-home visits to review medication and medical history, perform physical evaluations, and order optional diagnostic tests if indicated.
- Use an iPad and a streamlined clinical workflow; no requirement to prescribe meds, order labs, or change current treatments.
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
