Job title: In-Home Design Consultant

About the Role As an In-Home Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, you’ll meet pre-scheduled customers in their home to discuss the value of our premium window and door products for replacement needs. You’ll provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. You’ll receive paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and a supportive company culture.

Our products improve functionality and the aesthetic of the home along with being energy efficient.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions with pre-scheduled appointments
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
• Pass Our Background Check
• 3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management
• Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
• A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
• Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance)
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apple products preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 Commission Sales, uncapped; average per signed agreement $1,500-$5,000; average annual income $150,000-$200,000
• Paid Training (in classroom, online materials, and exams to prove product knowledge and skills)
• No Cold Calling, Pre-Set, Pre-Confirmed/ Qualified Appointments
