About the Role In-Home Caregiver role serving the Greater Concord, NH area, providing compassionate in-home support to help clients maintain independence. This position offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time shifts and a pay rate of $18-$21 per hour. What You'll Do
- Provide companionship to clients, fostering self-esteem and independence through engaging activities and conversation.
- Perform homemaking tasks including dusting, laundry, cleaning, bed-making, kitchen tidy, plant care, garbage, and general tidying of living spaces.
- Kitchen work: grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, cooking, baking, serving, and assisting with eating.
- Transportation and escort: accompany clients to appointments or run errands in caregiver or client's vehicle.
- Personal care: supervision or assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting/feeding, and reminders to take medications. Note: personal care does not include cutting nails or handling medications. What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and health screening Compensation & Benefits
