Job title: Imports Analyst
About the Role The Imports Analyst will support Marvell's import compliance activities, focusing on U.S. import procedures and timely, accurate shipment entries. This role works within the Global Trade Compliance team to ensure compliant, efficient imports and collaboration across Marvell sites worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with brokers to support timely and accurate release of shipments; ensure correct HTS classifications, country of origin, and valuations.
- Respond to government agencies including Customs, Census Bureau, and other PGAs.
- Conduct internal self-assessments and post-entry audits for U.S. Customs entries and other programs (including CTPAT).
- Develop and document import procedures and SOPs; work with cross-functional teams, including Canada imports, to ensure proper processes.
