Job title: Import Freight Forwarding Coordinator

About the Role The role supports OEC Group's import freight forwarding operations by managing customer profiles, quotations, bookings, and shipment tracking. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, accurate service through CargoWise and other systems. This position requires Korean fluency, strong Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset in a hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

• Create internal customer profiles in CargoWise to provide all departments with detailed customer information when needed.
• Use judgment and knowledge to assist customers in making the most suitable choice for their needs; provide quotations as required.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth movement of freight by providing tracking information and shipment updates to customers.
• Communicate with customers to build excellent customer relationships to provide great customer service.
• Handle any special requests from our customers.
• Send new shipment bookings to customers.
• Validate and confirm all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily communications from customers and other offices/departments pertaining to respective accounts.
• Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of import freight forwarding experience (preferred)
• Fluency in Korean (required)
• Proficient in MS Excel; strong organization, follow up and communication skills
• Experience with high volume data entry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of CargoWise is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually based on education and experience level
