What We're Looking For:
Implementation Specialist IIResponsibility:
- Candidate will have real-world experience working with J2EE/Java and N-Tier architectures using various technologies like RDBMS and NoSQL.
- Strong communication skills will be critical along with the ability to problem-solve to help produce great results.
- Experience of SQL writing with sound understanding and foundation of both relational, NoSQL and dimensional modelling techniques will also be a benefit.
- Proven experience in the creation of requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Ideally, you will have participated in the Design or Implementation Phase of a SaaS product.
- Skills to work in a rapidly-changing environment with shifting priorities, and demonstrate the ability to meet urgent operational deadlines.
- Skills to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
- Skills to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in configuring web applications preferably WFM, T&A & Task Manager solutions.
Responsibilities will also include

Participate in the implementation from a configuration perspective.

Engage with the customer extensively to derive the value for them by using the product.

Prepare functional and technical specification documents.

Engage and interact with various Product Development teams to deliver agreed requirements.

Researching and examining the current application and finding out the scope for improvements.

Generate and implement test scripts for unit testing the software piece. Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate optimally.

Potentially lead a team of implementation Speialists for effective/smoother implementations

Build strategies/processes to implement product solutions quickly & efficiently

At least 3 Years into working with J2EE/Java and N-Tier architectures using various technologies like RDBMS and NoSQL.

B.E./B. Tech degree (Full Time).

Candidate should be based in Pune location Only.
