About the Role Yes Energy is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer implementations of the PowerCore platform. You will work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, validate data, support testing, and guide adoption, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and solution designs
- Configure customer environments and perform data validation
- Execute testing plans and troubleshoot implementation issues
- Deliver customer training and support user adoption
- Analyze customer data and validate calculations; write and execute SQL queries
- Assist with system integrations, data exchanges, and configuration activities
