About The Business Area/Department :

Strengthen implementation delivery capability, support customer project demand, improve delivery consistency, and create a clear career path from implementation support through to senior delivery leadership.

Summary of the role:

We are looking for a hands-on airline implementation professional, not a traditional Programme/Project Manager.

You will lead customer-facing implementation activities for a major Flight Management deployment, working between airline operational teams and Amadeus Product, Engineering and Implementation specialists. You will need strong networking, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, build alignment across teams and drive delivery through collaboration.

In this role you’ll:

  • Own planning, risks, dependencies, actions, escalation and reporting for your implementation stream. Overall programme governance is led by the Programme Director.

  • Drive delivery strategy, execution planning, governance and escalation management.

  • Support feasibility studies, assessments and implementation sizing activities.

  • Support pre-sales and customer proposal activities with delivery expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Strong airline operational knowledge, ideally Flight Operations, DCS, Flight Management, Load Control, Weight & Balance, Ramp or Ground Operations.

  • Proven experience implementing airline or operationally critical systems.

  • Ability to quickly learn complex applications and understand their configuration, integrations and operational impact.

  • Feasibility, sizing and pre-sales inputs are credible and defendable.

  • Confident customer-facing leadership, able to run workshops, present solutions, challenge constructively and communicate with authority.

  • You have personally delivered an airline operational system into production and can explain what you implemented, how you tested it, how you worked with the airline, and what you owned during cutover.

  • Airline operational knowledge, implementation experience and customer

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.

  • Advanced communication, reporting and senior stakeholder influence.

  • Strong business and product knowledge plus strong IT background.

  • Ability to support feasibility, sizing, pre-sales and delivery approach decisions.

  • Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and organisational improvement contribution.

What we can offer you:

  • Get rewarded with competitive remuneration, individual and company annual bonus, vacation and holiday paid time off, health insurances and other competitive benefits.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Professional development to broaden your knowledge and enhance your skills with on-line learning hubs packed with technical and soft skills training that allow you to develop and grow.

  • Enter a diverse and inclusive workplace, join one of the world’s top travel technology companies and take on a role that impacts millions of travelers around the globe.
