About the Role Implementation Consultant role with ORTEC USA to help clients deploy analytics software and realize business impact. You will work with customers and internal teams to tailor ORTEC solutions and ensure successful adoption.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and implement ORTEC software across client environments.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users to drive value and adoption.
- Partner with account teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document solutions, outcomes, and best practices.
