Implementation Consultant – MJ

About the Role

Tyler Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver professional services, knowledge transfer, and education on Tyler software products. This role supports clients through implementation, data mapping, reporting, and ongoing liaison with technical staff, with travel to client sites.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.

• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars.

• Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions.

• Perform consultation/analysis of client business model to identify and document client requirements.

• Recommend options for new approaches to ensure efficient software solution for client’s needs.

• Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for design, reports, interfaces, configuration, etc.

• Consult with users to identify proper data mapping process for product conversion; provide instruction on proofing and analyzing data conversions.

• Create custom reports or customize existing reports.

• Troubleshoot client issues or coordinate with Support/Development to resolve; assist QA with testing as required.

• Administrative tasks: document client issues, communicate agendas, submit trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, update systems activity.

• Create client-facing and internal documentation (quick tips, how-tos); act as liaison between client and company’s technical staff.

• May participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate user group discussions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience; knowledge transfer principles and concepts.

• Typically a minimum of one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent.

• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office products; strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Minimal travel to client sites.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with client-facing trainings or knowledge transfer sessions.

• Experience with data mapping, data conversions, reports, or Tyler software products.

• Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $58,285 - $65,000 USD/year before geographic adjustments; incentive eligibility by recruiter.
