About the Role As an Implementation Consultant in Clarivate's Intellectual Property group, you will partner with clients to successfully deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices. You will manage end-to-end projects as a trusted advisor to maximize value and deliver an exceptional client experience. What You'll Do
- Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products, drawing on technical skills and IP domain knowledge.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.
- Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role
- Intellectual Property domain knowledge Nice to Have
- Intellectual Property experience
- Experience with IPFolio, Memotech, or TIPMS
