Job Title: Implementation Advisor - Charlotte (November Class)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role serves as the first point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests. The position involves implementing a new fulfillment system in Treasury and working with sales teams and clients to implement Treasury products. The role will handle the end-to-end processing for less complex implementations while communicating with clients via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a new fulfillment system and various Treasury products.

  • Work with sales teams and clients to implement products or add them to existing accounts.

  • Manage a dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, and implement eligible items.

  • Create cases or packages for tracking, monitoring, and end-to-end resolution.

  • Receive and respond to implementation requests and questions from internal partners.

  • Conduct research to answer client questions and inquiries.

  • Utilize various bank systems to support client requests.

  • Function in a high-paced environment with little oversight.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Client-focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients confidently.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient data entry and typing skills.

  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised, manage time, and know when to escalate.

  • Previous client service experience.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Treasury and/or Legal Documentation.

  • Experience in a background such as Mortgage or Loan Processing.

  • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.

  • Experience connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs.
