Imaging Machine Operator

Volt is immediately hiring for Imaging Machine Operators in Northfield, MN.

As a Imaging Machine Operator you will:

General Purpose: Photo imaging, LPI, Screenmaking, Ink Mixer, Itron Screener, Slitter Operator, Machine set-up, Material Stabilizing and all related work.

• Produces all products to defined quality levels, yield and standard.
• Understands all production criteria for all products that are applicable to the Imaging process tasks.
• Sets up and operates imaging machines, making photo imaging screens, Ink Mixing, slitting materials, setting up machines, Oven baking, and related equipment.
• Makes adjustments to speed, tension, timing and related variables as needed to meet specifications.
• Uses measuring devices- scope, Stereo, Comparators’, viscosity measuring, Weight scales, micrometer and other devices that are required for process and product requirements.
• Performs routine maintenance on processing equipment as needed.
• Follows safety rules?

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Degree or something equivalent (GED)
• Able to handle strong odors
• Be able to work independently
• Able to lift 40lbs repeatedly
• Be comfortable in close spaces
• High attention to detail
• Be able to follow safety protocol and keep orderly working space
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay Rate: $19.75 - $21.75 per hour. Shift 3rd M-F 10:30M-6:30AM

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
