Imaging / deployment Techs

Everforth Apex Systems has partnered with a leading Healthcare organization to fill 2 contract Desktop Support positions to help in the replacement of about 200 Windows devices across different clinic locations in KY.

Responsibilities

• Imaging

• Image and configure new Windows devices before they're deployed

• Make sure devices have the right OS, applications and settings

• Prepare, label and track devices for deployment

• Work with the deployment technician on schedules and device readiness

• Deployment

• Travel to the clinics to install new devices and replace old ones

• Connect peripherals and check that users can log in and use their applications

• Remove old equipment and track it for disposal or return

• Work around clinic hours to keep disruption to patient care low

• Write down any issues found on site and escalate them

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience imaging, deploying or refreshing Windows devices

• Strong desktop troubleshooting skills

• Organized, reliable and able to work on their own

• Professional manner in a healthcare or clinic setting

• Preferred

• Experience on large hardware refresh projects

• Healthcare or urgent care experience
