Job DescriptionIFS Technical Analyst - Erlanger, KYPosition Summary: The IFS Technical Analyst will be part of the Global Technology Organization which is responsible to maintain all ADM systems in operation with highest availability. The IFS Technical Analyst will be part of an IFS support team, consisting of internal and managed support team members, that analyze tickets raised by users and provide response/resolution or work with the concerned teams/ 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as the per the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business. The individual will also be responsible to work with the user community, architects, developers and testers to build and deliver small enhancements and deliver projects in line with the global template design after alignment with the Solution Delivery organization.
