Tasks & Attributions :
- Conduct capacity studies for prototypes and new projects.
- Coordinate technical changes received from customers.
- Prepare assembly lines, including work instructions, visual aids, identification, mappings, Jig Board/CCB layouts, etc.
- Lead the resolution of design-related issues and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
- Analyze and share documents received from external departments.
- Identify and initiate cost-reduction actions.
- Ensure proper installation of equipment at the designated locations, in accordance with the line concept and project schedule.
- Monitor ramp-up activities, productivity improvements, manpower requirements, and space reduction initiatives.
- Analyze technical changes and ensure the smooth integration of design changes into manufacturing processes.
- Perform line balancing and prepare the related reports.
- Prepare the allocation of assembly operations.
- Develop manufacturing, storage, and material-handling methods.
Qualifications

Master's degree in industrial feild .

Min 1 Year of experiece in industrial companies .

Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication skills.

Ability to prepare and deliver presentations effectively.

Ability to achieve objectives and deliver results in a team-oriented work environment.
