About the Role IDM Solution Architect / System Owner leads the strategy and operational responsibility for our Identity Management platform, ensuring secure, stable operation and driving continuous evolution. The role combines technical depth with pragmatic hands-on execution to support business processes while meeting information security and compliance requirements. What You'll Do
- Own operation, evolution and lifecycle management of the internal Identity Management System midPoint.
- Lead architecture and design of the IDM platform including the data model and interfaces to Directory Services and applications.
- Implement identity processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and improve them based on company requirements and user experience.
- Capture requirements from central areas (HR, IT) and business units for new identity or access processes and design their implementation.
- Independently drive platform development with internal or external developers and define development and deployment processes.
- Monitor IDM platform from an operations perspective and collaborate with the Indian operations team, providing 3rd level support.
- Train and advise users and stakeholders on IAM topics. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a comparable field.
- Several years of technical experience in Identity Management including identity processes and user provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and standards (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
- Familiarity with customizing and connector development of an IDM system (midPoint advantageous).
- Experience in Java development and the software development process including deployment pipelines.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical implementations.
- Foundational knowledge in related areas such as Directories (LDAP, AD, Entra ID), protocols (SCIM, SAML, OpenID) and security technologies (MFA, PKI, smart cards).
- Independent, solution-oriented work style and persuasive ability.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Intercultural competence.
