Job title: Identity & Digital Workplace Engineer
About the Role Identity & Digital Workplace Engineer integrated in the Workplace, Identity and Digital Management area. Responsible for evolution, automation and operation of the services that form the corporate digital workplace. The role participates in the definition, standardization and continuous improvement of platforms related to the Digital Workplace, ensuring a secure, efficient environment aligned with the company's technology strategy.
What You'll Do
- Administration and evolution of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 and services related to the digital workplace.
- Administration of identity and access platforms (Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID).
- Definition and application of compliance policies, conditional access, hardening and security.
- Automation of operational processes using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies.
- Participation in modernization projects, cloud integration and adoption of new corporate services.
- Design, deployment and maintenance of standardized configurations via Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Participation in the resolution of complex incidents and problems on corporate platforms, cloud services and related infrastructure.
- Collaboration with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Architecture and Applications teams.
- Technical coordination with vendors and suppliers.
- Documentation of technical details and continuous service improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT service management frameworks are valued; participation in training projects such as Campus 42.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, Workplace or Corporate Platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, IAM, PowerShell, Python, automation of operational processes, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Cloud & Hybrid Platforms, Hybrid Services, cloud service integration, managing corporate platforms in hybrid environments, Windows Server, virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), security (hardening, compliance), Microsoft Defender, vulnerability management, Zero Trust.
- English technical level minimum B2.
- Will collaborate with teams in UK, India, USA, and other regions.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving, automation and continuous improvement, ability to work in multidisciplinary environments, technical autonomy, service orientation and operational reliability, passion for technology evolution and continuous learning.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with Campus 42 style training projects.
