About the team:

• The Enterprise Technology team provides core information technology operations and end‑user technology services that support colleagues across the organization. The team focuses on keeping enterprise technology services available, secure, and well‑governed, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day information technology operations.

Summary:

• An Identity Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing Identity solutions within WTW. This role requires a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and security best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Identity tools, such as Entra ID and Active Directory (including account and group management, Entra application deployment and troubleshooting authentication issues)
• Implement and maintain identity and access management solutions, including Conditional Access, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot issues and incidents to resolution.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and identity management solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and identity management.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and identity management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology
• 3+ years of experience in working with Identity Management.
• Strong understanding of identity & access management principles and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC, SoD).
• Proficiency with authentication and authorization (SAML, OAUTH2.0, Kerberos)
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Information Technology or related field.
