About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer to support client Hexaware through managing user access requests and provisioning across multiple systems. This remote role focuses on ensuring timely provisioning, governance, and audit readiness in a remote environment. What You'll Do
- Process and fulfill user access, mailbox, group membership, and service account requests in line with defined SLAs and security policies.
- Perform access validation, troubleshooting, and entitlement corrections, escalating complex cases as required.
- Execute provisioning and deprovisioning across AD, email systems, and integrated applications.
- Ensure compliance with access governance controls, including documentation, audit readiness, and ticket hygiene.
- Support user access review process, perform remediation and reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring access issues and recommend process improvements.
- Perform provisioning and deprovisioning activities via Saviynt IGA, ensuring accurate entitlement mapping to SAP systems ECC S4 BW GRC as applicable.
- Validate and troubleshoot failed provisioning jobs, connector issues, and access sync discrepancies between Saviynt and SAP.
- Proficient in Spanish as most interactions with end users will be in Spanish. What We're Looking For
- Experience with identity and access management, provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Experience with Saviynt IGA and SAP systems (ECC, S4, BW, GRC).
- Experience with Active Directory and email systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage SLA-driven requests.
- Proficiency in Spanish; working knowledge of English (B1) preferred. Nice to Have
- English language skills at B1 level if not already proficient.
