Job Responsibilities
-
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for interior design projects.

Handle the full sales process from initial consultation to quotation, negotiation, and closing.

Meet and communicate with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.

Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.

Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.

Prepare basic interior design or construction drawings when required.

Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.

The ability to prepare 3D visualisations or renderings would be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Interior Design, ID Company Sales, or Interior Design Sales.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and bring in projects.
- Comfortable dealing with clients and handling sales negotiations.
- Able to read or prepare basic construction drawings.
- Experience with 3D rendering or visualisation is an advantage.
