Job Description Med-In Pharmaceutical Limited, a leading indigenous manufacturer of intravenous infusions, is seeking a motivated ICT Trainee to join their team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or NYSC members looking to gain practical experience in IT operations, system maintenance, and technical support within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be instrumental in supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of computers, networks, and essential business applications.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting ICT devices, providing technical assistance to employees, and maintaining various IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, networks, and other ICT devices.
• Provide technical support to employees and manage service requests.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, telephone, and access-control systems.
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access rights.
• Support business applications, databases, and manufacturing-related systems.
• Help maintain system availability and security across production, quality control, and warehousing.
• Monitor backups and support disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Apply software updates, antivirus protection, and security patches.
• Maintain ICT asset records, licences, configurations, and maintenance logs.
• Support data integrity, secure records retention, and internal and external audits.
