Overview

ICT Trainee (Fresh Graduate / NYSC Member) at Med-In Pharmaceutical Limited in Sagamu Interchange, Ogun State. The role supports IT operations, systems maintenance, technical support, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting computers, printers, servers, networks, and other ICT devices.
• Provide technical support to employees and manage service requests.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, telephone, and access-control systems.
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access rights.
• Support business applications, databases, and manufacturing-related systems.
• Help maintain system availability and security across production, quality control, and warehousing.
• Monitor backups and support disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Apply software updates, antivirus protection, and security patches.
• Maintain ICT asset records, licences, configurations, and maintenance logs.
• Support data integrity, secure records retention, and internal and external audits.
