About the role

To provide ICT support to users and systems, resolving incidents and supporting the reliable operation of hospital technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ICT support and resolve user incidents.

• Support hardware, software, network and device operations.

• Support hospital information systems and user access.

• Apply ICT security and data-protection practices.

• Maintain ICT asset and support records.

• Escalate complex issues appropriately.

• Required skills

• Knowledge of ICT support, hardware, software and networksProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of ICT security basics

• Effective communication and user supportReliability and attention to detail

Experience

• Experience in an ICT support or helpdesk role

Education

• Bachelor's degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline; Completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption
