Key responsibilities
Are you a strategic thinker? Do you know what it takes to build talent pipelines? We're looking for someone like that to help us:
-
collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
-
attend in-person meetings with the Americas Head and Deputy Head of Global Research in New York
-
source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
-
conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
-
manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our firm
-
utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency
-
stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment efforts
-
build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs

You will be part of a global Investment Banking team based in New York City. We're client focused and problem solvers for hiring managers, making recruiting easy to do business with and getting the right candidates at the right time for the right role.

Your skills and experience
-
ideally 5+ years of experience within a recruitment function ideally having previously worked in a search environment
-
proven experience and knowledge of the Investment Banking – Equities Research sector
-
ability to collaborate with other HR departments including reward, HR business partners and onboarding
-
strong relationship management skills and highly responsive and adaptive communication skills
-
an ability to develop a diverse array of recruitment strategies in order to exceed client expectations
-
a proven ability to positively challenge traditional processes, strategies and practices
-
a progressive mindset with an interest in new technologies and an ability to execute
-
you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
-
United States - New York - New York min USD 128000 - max USD 160000 /annum
-
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
