Rotating Shift- IAM Vault Administrator- Remote

The IAM Vault Analyst will work within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department to support account management, privileged access management, and credential management lifecycle. Each of these areas of support will include vault administration and compliance tasks. The candidate will need to have an understanding of account vaulting, vault automation, and vault access control. The candidate will leverage a robust understanding of information systems’ access controls to discover and maintain a comprehensive and accurate inventory of accounts.

Duration: 24 months contract, with potential extension Pay rate: $40.59-$47.63 hourly W2 Location: Remote within US, EST Schedule

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge, skills and abilities to implement process or procedure, timely and professionally
• Provides end user support for all needs related to vault administration
• Participate in the resolving of issues and resolving customer escalations
• Utilizes and maintains vault admin desk-side procedures to ensure they are well maintained and accurate
• Ensures daily tasks are completed with special focus on completing compliance requirements
• Ensures understanding of governing policies, procedures and standards in order to perform functions with the security and compliance expectations
• Provides support for the project initiatives as a Vault Admin
• Managing Identity lifecycle events to ensure timely documentation of accounts within vault.
• Attends training for staff on current and new system functions for performing duties.
• Builds and develops strong relationships with business area clients by providing superior customer support as demonstrated by clearly owning, resolving and communicating issues and problems; being responsive to needs, requirements, and deadlines; and generally promoting goodwill in a professional and trust-building manner.
• Monitoring and managing access maintenance workflows to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Supports and executes compliance control processes which include the evaluation and documentation of control evidence

Requirements

• At least 2 years of IT experience

• Familiarity with privileged access management concepts and vault technologies

• Experience managing privileged accounts within a PAM system.

• Experience with creating and managing credential management automation.

• Familiarity with access controls for enterprise level information system platforms (e.g. Linux, Microsoft, Oracle)

• Familiarity with access controls for enterprise level web applications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent, related work experience

• Preferred

• 1-3 years of CyberArk administration and support

• Experience with Installation, configuration and management of the following CyberArk components: PAM, CPM, PSM, PVWA, AIM, Connect, Auto-discovery

• Familiarity with the energy regulatory environment and NERC-CIP standards.

• Experience using Cherwell, IdentityIQ, and CyberArk EPV.

• Experience in Cyber-Ark Implementation and Installation of Cyber-Ark 12.0+

• Experience with Implementation of authentication of CyberArk using LDAP and RSA

• Implementing & Managing Master Policy, Directory Mapping, LDAP integration, Platform and Safe via Private Ark client & PVWA.

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting CyberArk Plugins for technology platforms such as Windows, NIX, Oracle, SQL

• Experience managing and understanding Cyber-Ark Central Policy Manager (CPM) and (PSM).

• Experience managing CyberArk in a High-Availability environment
