About the Role As the IAM Governance Leader in Bangalore, you will lead the governance and strategy for Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory expectations. You’ll collaborate with Security Operations, Active Directory, HR, Sourcing, and business stakeholders to shape IAM initiatives and oversee operations across the organization. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional IAM team, driving engagement and high performance.
- Ensure operational readiness and effectiveness of the IAM service.
- Audit IAM systems and processes to maintain compliance with security policies and standards.
- Improve IAM services delivered by external partners and ensure adherence to service agreements.
- Lead the adoption of new IAM security solutions (e.g., B2B operations and SSO).
