About this role

Rinvio is hiring a I&E Electrician for industrial electrical and instrumentation work in the Paducah, KY area.

Pay: $36-$48/hour, based on experience

Location: Paducah, KY

Schedule: Full-time industrial/plant support work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and process equipment
Calibrate, service, and troubleshoot instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature devices
Read P&IDs, loop drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and controls documentation
Support preventive maintenance, planned outages, shutdowns, and plant reliability work
Coordinate safely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership

Industrial electrical and instrumentation experience
Strong troubleshooting ability with low/medium-voltage systems, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation
Experience with process instrumentation such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters
Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, schematics, and controls documentation
Comfort working in plant, mill, manufacturing, chemical, paper, food, or heavy industrial environments
Reliable transportation to the Paducah, KY area
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
