We are currently seeking a Hygiene Executive to join our team. The Hygiene Executive will support the implementation of hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety requirements across hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across hotel operations.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and follow up on identified issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and relevant regulations.
- Support hygiene training and awareness programmes for colleagues.
- Maintain hygiene records and documentation.
- Work closely with departments to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address hygiene concerns.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments.
