Hybrid Talent Acquisition Investment Management Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced RPO Investment Management Recruiter in the Philadelphia suburbs to support the recruitment of specialized financial services talent across Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, and Investment Operations. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent for professional through executive-level positions within investment management organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the investment management industry, including hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, fund administration, and investment operations. Success in this role requires the ability to build talent pipelines, consult with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality candidates in a client-focused environment.
Salary Range:$80,000 to $110,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Recruit for positions within Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and Leadership functions.
- Build talent pipelines across Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Financial Services.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
- Provide hiring managers with market intelligence regarding talent availability and compensation trends.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and hiring data within ATS platforms.
- Consistently meet recruiting metrics and service-level expectations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related a plus

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Alternative Investments.

Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
