About the Role
Join EVERSANA supporting Theratechnologies as a Hybrid Medical Science Liaison (hMSL). This field-based Medical Affairs role focuses on HIV therapeutics, engaging KOLs and HCPs across national, regional, and local levels while delivering compliant scientific education in-person and virtually, aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
What You'll Do

Contribute to the development and maintenance of long-term collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and HCPs, in alignment with Medical Affairs strategies and tactics.

Provide proactive scientific engagement with clearly identified KOLs in support of existing products and disease-state education.

Respond to documented unsolicited requests for medical/scientific information on company products, including off-label inquiries, in compliance with corporate policies and US healthcare laws.

Foster productive professional relationships with KOLs and HCPs in medical education and research, in alignment with the National Field Medical strategy.

Work with team members to provide rapid responses to unsolicited requests during business hours.

Identify and communicate medical/scientific insights and trends relevant to Theratechnologies and its stakeholders; document field-generated insights within appropriate systems within 48 hours and share with internal stakeholders.

Support medical leadership in execution of aligned field strategy.

Contribute to development of medical affairs materials as needed.

Represent Theratechnologies at medical and scientific conferences; provide appropriate scientific insights and summaries to internal stakeholders.

Carry out proactive assignments establishing professional relationships with KOLs and conducting unbiased scientific interactions related to relevant disease states and company products.

What We're Looking For
-
Senior hMSLs: 4+ years of MSL experience; strong familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry standards related to scientific medical engagement.

hMSLs: 0–2 years’ experience in pharma/biotech or relevant clinical/practice/research background with strong communication skills and high learning agility; professional presence with KOLs despite limited experience.

Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to work in both virtual and face-to-face settings; comfort engaging with KOLs and HCPs.

Demonstrated ability to operate in compliance with US healthcare laws and regulations.
