About the Role Join Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires as a Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise OT systems to enable seamless data exchange, automate workflows, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integrations that support business and operational processes. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Team to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external OT systems.
- Build and manage integrations using ServiceNow APIs and middleware solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to: gather integration requirements, define data flows and interfaces.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and failures.
- Implement logging, alerting, and error handling mechanisms.
- Support automation of workflows and business processes through integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong experience with REST / SOAP APIs.
- JSON / XML data formats.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Understanding of: system integration patterns, data transformation and mapping.
- Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth, API keys).
- Ability to work in cross-functional, Agile teams. Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, API Management).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as: Azure DevOps monitoring or ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in enterprise environments (Oil & Gas / OT is a plus).
