About the Role
As Autoliv continues its digital transformation, the Enterprise Security Architect defines the long-term cybersecurity architecture across the organization and partners with Enterprise Architecture to align security capabilities with business priorities and risk appetite. This is a strategic leadership role that bridges the big picture with detailed architectural work to drive secure, trusted change.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain Autoliv's enterprise security target architecture aligned with business strategy, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Translate enterprise risk and business objectives into architecture principles and actionable guidance for all security domains.
- Collaborate across IT, OT, Product, Cloud, AI, Data, and Supply Chain to embed security-by-design across architecture layers.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Digital Engineering, and Business Solution Architects to co-develop secure, scalable patterns.
- Lead the development of security architecture frameworks, design principles, and reference models; drive adoption of standardized controls and reusable patterns.
- Guide architecture direction for major digital transformation initiatives; review solution designs for enterprise alignment and security assurance.
- Support risk-informed decision making, regulatory compliance, and performance visibility by linking architecture outcomes to resilience, agility, and trust.
- Act as a visible security thought leader in architectural forums and governance boards; educate and influence senior stakeholders on the value of security architecture for long-term business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in security architecture roles, including experience with global enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of architecture frameworks, risk management, and security standards.
- Proven experience translating business strategy into actionable architecture.
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and facilitate enterprise-level decision-making.
- Broad knowledge of security domains: IAM, cloud, data protection, OT, AI, DevSecOps, supply chain security.
