Job title: Hybrid BDR (DACH) at Proxify
About the Role Proxify is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative for the DACH region. You will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and guide potential customers through the early stages of their journey, collaborating with Account Executives and the wider commercial team to drive outbound growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify decision-makers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Engage with prospects (300+) over the phone weekly.
- Strategically focus on creating and following up on target lists within SMB accounts.
- Ensure a great handover to Client Managers and Account Managers.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to analyze and improve your sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team and contribute to moving opportunities through the early sales stages, helping create a strong foundation for long-term client relationships.

- Native German and fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, recruitment, staffing, or technology-related industries.
- Exposure to CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools.
- Interest in technology, software development, or the tech industry.
